Migrante Aotearoa is an organisation of Filipino migrants and their families in New Zealand. 'Migrante' means migrant in the Filipino language.
Migrante Aotearoa was established on 12 December 2009 by a group of Filipino union delegates and community leaders from Auckland, Christchurch and Whangarei.
Migrante Aotearoa is a national organisation with chapters in Auckland, Waikato, Palmerston North, Wellington, Christchurch and Ashburton.
Migrante Aotearoa is a grassroot, migrant-led and non-profit organisation that advances the rights and welfare of Filipinos and other migrants in Aotearoa New Zealand.
